Become a villager and take the first steps to a healthier you. Members have access to all areas of the village and belong to support groups. Membership is Free and you will be able to keep a member profile and seek/give advice & encouragement within the community. We need some information so we can process your membership. This is required.

No name calling, bullying, swearing …. “Play Nice”
Respect other opinions, offer positive feedback …. “Use your listening ears”
Offer your best practices for others to try …. “Share your toys”

If you choose not to follow the rules, inappropriate messages will be removed, and membership may be suspended …. “Expect a time out”
